"My sales person, Mary Li, is excellent. This was my first import to the US and l had a lot of questions and she was very fast to respond and made everything work wel. Even my US Customs Broker seemed impressed with how quickly she got the right paperwork to us for importing. She also was very good at answering technical questions about the machine. One alea for improvement was not a big deal, and everything regarding the mini excavator has worked well, but there is minimaloperation manuals. l did ask my sales person the questions (2 basic operation question) thatl needed and she got back tome with answers in less than 30 minutes.l was very impressed."
